The Toronto Maple Leafs are reportedly open to trading Martin Marincin, according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.
The news doesn’t come as a complete surprise, as Marincin had been replaced recently by Kevin Gravel in the lineup. Marincin is also impacted by the return of Travis Dermott, who has taken the full-time spot.
With Marincin delegated to the bench, the Leafs will look to deal him, especially with Zach Hyman set to return from the long-term injured reserve in the next few weeks.
